“Our company has made a strong commitment to Battery Electric Vehicles recently and it is working really well for us. The primary reasons for making that change to part of our fleet was driven by a desire to reduce the environmental footprint and CO2 emissions our operations make and we are delighted to be seeing the benefits of that change already.

Of course we expect to deliver reduced operating costs for the fleet at the same time, such as reduced road tax; maintenance and fuel costs, these benefits are easy to track and have been experienced by many organisations making that change.

We felt it was critical to enable our own dedicated charging infrastructure at our operational base, at the same time, for convenience, reliability and cost control.

EVC Solutions Ltd gave their experience and guidance on that infrastructure before installing both the charging equipment and a charge-point management system to operate and manage the network of chargers.

They made the whole process very easy and effective for us to get to our objectives, part of which was to have to make minimal changes to the way we use this part of our fleet.
