Having had two failed attempts at charge-point installation, Agrii approached EVC Solutions to see if charging infrastructure was both possible and sustainable.

Agrii teamed up with EVC Solutions to bring seamless and sustainable EV charging solutions to multiple sites across the UK. The project focused on optimising power usage, ensuring efficiency, and creating a user-friendly experience for their fleet and staff vehicles - all while supporting Agrii’s sustainability goals.

Agrii had four key challenges:

Comprehensive Assessment and Design
EVC Solutions began by assessing Agrii’s electrical infrastructure across its sites. Using smart charging technology, we designed a system that optimises power distribution across multiple charging points. The solution avoided costly infrastructure upgrades while ensuring reliable performance.

Dynamic Load Management
To handle varying power demands, we implemented advanced load management systems. These systems adjust power distribution in real-time, prioritising fleet vans overnight and company or staff cars during the day. This strategic approach ensures every vehicle is charged when it’s needed without overloading the power supply.

Ease of Use
Making life easier for users was a top priority. The charging stations feature an intuitive interface, compatible with a wide range of EV models. Agrii also provided training sessions to ensure everyone felt confident using the system.
